By signing the Application - Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the client confirms that he/she agreed to the Terms and Conditions for the provision of banking services (for the individuals), which is a public offer to be posted on the Bank's website https://www.clhs.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Public Offer), and is aware of the possible consequences in case of using the specified banking service or failure to fulfill his/her obligations thereunder and the offer.

Consequences for the client in case of using the banking service or non-fulfillment of obligations under the Banking Services Agreement are the following:

• accepting the conditions for receiving banking services stipulated by the Public Offer and the Agreement, the client undertakes to pay for the relevant banking services in accordance with the Bank's tariffs;
• in case of violation of the terms of the Public Offer and the Agreement, the client may be subject to penalties in accordance with the terms of the agreement;
• in case of improper fulfillment of its obligations under the terms of the Public Offer and the Agreement, the Bank has the right to apply to the relevant state bodies in order to satisfy its requirements, including compulsorily;
• in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, income received by the client in accordance with the terms of the Public Proposal and the Agreement is subject to taxation.

The Bank is prohibited to require from the customer to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a similar or related person as a mandatory condition for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).

The Bank has no right to make changes to the agreements concluded with the customers unilaterally, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement, offer or law.

The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of banking services if such right is provided by law.

The Client has the opportunity to refuse to receive advertising materials by means of remote communication channels by contacting the Bank's manager or the Bank's Call-Center.

CUSTOMER WARNING:

By signing the Application - Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the client confirms that he/she has joined the Terms and Conditions of Banking Services (for individuals), which is a public offer (offer), which are posted on the Bank's website https://www.clhs.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Public Offer), and has familiarized himself/herself with the possible consequences for the client in case of using the specified banking service or failure to fulfill his/her obligations under the Agreement and the Public Offer.

Consequences for the client in case of using the banking service or failure to fulfill obligations under the agreement on the provision of this banking service:

• By accepting the terms and conditions for obtaining banking services provided for in the Public Offer and the Agreement, the client undertakes to pay for the relevant banking services in accordance with the Bank's tariffs;
• in case of violation of the terms of the Public Offer and the Agreement, the client may be subject to penalties in accordance with the terms of the agreement;
• in case of improper fulfillment of its obligations under the terms of the Public Offer and the Agreement, the Bank has the right to apply to the relevant state authorities to satisfy its claims, including through enforcement;
• in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the income received by the client in accordance with the terms of the Public Offer and the Agreement is subject to taxation.

The Bank is prohibited from requiring the client to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a related or affiliated person as a prerequisite for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).

The Bank shall not be entitled to unilaterally amend the agreements concluded with the clients, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement, the offer or the law.

The Client has the right to withdraw from the banking service agreement if such right is provided for by law.

The Client may refuse to receive advertising materials by means of remote communication channels by contacting the Bank's manager or the Bank's Contact Center.

CLIENTS’ WARNING:

By signing the Individual Bank Safe Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the Client confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions of use of the individual safe, and, accordingly, the possible consequences in case of using the specified banking service or failure to fulfill obligations thereunder.

Consequences for the Client in case of using the banking service or non-fulfillment of obligations thereunder are the following:

• The safe may be opened by the Bank without the Client's presence but before the Bank's employees who are the members of the commission specially created for this purpose and in cases provided by current legislation of Ukraine and/or service agreement.
• The Client is obliged to pay the bank's fee for the provision of the service according to the established and current tariffs at the time of providing the service or another time if determined by the tariffs.
• At the Bank's first request, the Client is obliged to provide the documents and/or information necessary to obtain the relevant service in accordance with the internal regulations of the bank and / or the current legislation of Ukraine.
• In case of non-fulfillment by the Client of the obligations stipulated by the agreement on the provision of the relevant service, the Client shall be liable in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

In case of the Client's absence, from the next day after the expiration of the Agreement established by such Agreement, the Client pays double the amount of the rent for each overdue according to the Bank's tariffs.

In case of storage of prohibited items or substances in the rented safe, the Client is materially liable for damage to the Bank in full.

In case of loss of the key, the Client is obliged to fully reimburse the Bank for the cost of a new set of keys, which is carried out in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, and in case of loss of 2 keys - to fully reimburse the Bank for opening the safe.

The Client is obliged to reimburse the Bank for damages caused by the properties of valuables stored in the safe, other damage to the safe caused by his fault, as well as improper performance or violation of the terms of the Agreement.

The Bank has no right to make changes to the agreements concluded with the Clients unilaterally, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement or law.

The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of banking services, if such a right is provided by law.

PROFIT CALCULATION FOR DEPOSIT ON ORDER+

PROFIT CALCULATION FOR DEPOSIT SAVINGS+

CLIENTS’ WARNING:

By signing a bank deposit agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the client confirms that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions and Procedure for the provision of banking services, which is a public offer (offer) posted on the Bank's website https://www.clhs.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Public Offer) and has read the possible consequences for the client in case of using the specified banking service or failure to fulfil his/her obligations under the Agreement and the Public Offer.

Consequences for the client in case of using the banking service or failure to fulfil obligations in accordance with the Public Offer and the Agreement on the provision of this banking service:

• profit received from deposit operations is subject to taxation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
• if the depositor receives benefits or subsidies, the receipt of additional income may result in their loss;
• when crediting funds to a deposit account opened with the Bank, the Bank, under the terms of the agreement, undertakes to return them, and the depositor to pay for the Bank's services.

In case of untimely application of the client to the Bank for repayment of funds attracted under the bank deposit agreement, the Bank shall, in accordance with the Public Offer and the Agreement

- ensures that the amount of the Deposit and accrued interest is kept on the respective accounts opened in accordance with the Agreement until the Depositor requests the return of the Deposit and accrued interest. In this case, the Bank shall accrue interest on the actual balance of funds on the Deposit Account starting from the date of return of the Deposit established by the Agreement at the interest rate of the demand deposit;

- or, if the Agreement provides for an automatic prolongation, extends the term of the Agreement for the same term for which the Deposit was made and on the same terms and conditions as the Agreement was concluded. The exception is the interest rate, which, upon automatic prolongation of the Agreement, shall be changed to the interest rate effective at the Bank on the day of prolongation of the Agreement for this type of Deposit. Previously accrued interest shall not be recalculated. The number of automatic prolongations of the Agreement is unlimited and can be carried out until the funds are fully repaid from the account.

The Bank is prohibited from requiring the client to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a related or affiliated person as a prerequisite for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).

The Bank shall not be entitled to unilaterally amend the agreements concluded with the clients, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement, the offer or the law.

The Client has the right to withdraw from the banking service agreement if such right is provided for by law.

In order to terminate the Agreement early, the Depositor must submit a relevant application to the Bank during the entire term of the deposit placement, but not less than 2 business days before the desired date of return of the Deposit, or initiate early termination of the Agreement in the MyBank365 mobile application. 

In case of early termination of the Agreement, the Bank shall recalculate interest for the entire term of the Agreement at the rate of 1.00% per annum for deposits in hryvnia and at the rate of 0.00% for deposits in foreign currency. In case the Depositor receives previously accrued interest on the Deposit and in the absence of sufficient funds on the account to account for interest, the Bank has the right to independently withhold from the Deposit amount the excess amount of interest paid, which was formed after their recalculation.

The Client may refuse to receive advertising materials by means of remote communication channels by contacting the Bank's manager or the Bank's Contact Centre.

CLIENTS’ WARNING:

By signing the Bank Deposit Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the Client confirms that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions for the provision of the banking services being a public offer to be posted on the Bank's website https://www.clhs.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Public offer) and acquainted with the possible consequences for the Client in case of using the specified banking service or non-fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement and the offer.

Consequences for the Client in case of using the banking service or non-fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the Public Offer and the Agreement on the provision of this banking service are the following:

• income received from the deposit operations is subject to income taxation according to the current legislation of Ukraine;
• if the depositor receives benefits or subsidies, the receipt of additional income may lead to their loss;
• when crediting funds to a deposit account opened with the Bank, the Bank, under the terms of the Agreement, undertakes to return them, and the depositor pays for the bank services.

In case of untimely application of the Client to the Bank regarding the return of funds attracted under the Bank Deposit Agreement, the Bank in accordance with the Public Offer and the Agreement:

• ensures the preservation of the amount of the Deposit and accrued interest on the relevant accounts opened in accordance with the Agreement, until the time of the Depositor's request to return the Deposit and accrued interest. At the same time, the Bank accrues interest on the actual balance of funds on the Deposit Account, starting from the date of return of the Deposit established by the Agreement, at the interest rate of the demand deposit;
• or, if the Agreement provides for the condition of automatic prolongation, extends the term of the Agreement for the same period for which the contribution was made and under the same conditions on which the Agreement was concluded. The exception is the interest rate, which in case of automatic prolongation of the Agreement is changed to the interest rate in force at the Bank on the day of prolongation of the Agreement on this type of Deposit. Previously accrued interest is not subject to recalculation. The number of automatic extensions of the Agreement is unlimited and can be carried out until the full refund from the account.

The Bank is prohibited from requiring the Client to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a similar or related person as a mandatory condition for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).

The Bank has no right to make changes to the agreements concluded with the clients unilaterally, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement, offer or law.
