Credit to finance trading operations
A financial product to support companies that carry out trading operations under contracts. This loan provides the necessary funds to fulfill obligations under contracts for the supply of goods, including agricultural products, fertilizers, gas, oil products and other goods.
Main terms of financing:
- The maximum possible lending limit is UAH 50 million or the equivalent in foreign currency.
- The client's participation in the loan project with its own funds is not less than 30% of the amount of the contracts to be financed.
- Lending currency:
- - national currency;
- - foreign currency (US dollar, euro) to clients engaged in foreign economic activity who can confirm periodic and expected foreign currency earnings in the amount sufficient to repay the loan.
- Type of lending - in the form of a credit line.
- Term of the credit limit - the maximum term of the credit limit shall not exceed 12 months.
- Term of the tranche - the maximum term of the tranche depends on the term of settlement under each individual contract.
- Payment of accrued interest is made on a monthly basis.
Type of security:
- Suretyship of individuals - business owners;
- property rights under contracts of business entities;
- real estate;
- current assets (goods in process, goods in circulation, finished goods);
- equipment;
- vehicles, machinery and agricultural equipment.
