With the National Cashback card, you can accumulate up to UAH 3000 per month, supporting Ukrainian products.

You will receive cashback for purchases of goods from Ukrainian manufacturers who have joined the project, which are included in a special List by the manufacturer, in stores participating in the program. You can determine whether a product participates in the program by using a barcode scanner in the Diia app. The scanner is located in the lower right corner of the National Cashback service. Point the scanner at the barcode of the product and get the answer in Diia.
When purchasing Ukrainian goods registered in the program, users will be credited with 10% cashback every month, but not more than UAH 3,000 per month.
The amount received can be used to pay for utilities, medical, veterinary, and transportation services, mobile communications, gym membership, movies, restaurants, and much more. The funds can also be used to support the Armed Forces or purchase military bonds.
No, the accumulated amount can only be used for non-cash payments for local services specified in the Project Implementation Procedure.
Cashback received in 2024 must be used by January 31, 2025.
The compensation for the purchase of Ukrainian goods will be credited to the National Cashback card, which you select in the Diia app. For this month - by the end of the next month. For example, cashback for September will be credited by October 31. All cashback transactions can be tracked in Diia.
By signing the Application - Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the client confirms that he/she agreed to the Terms and Conditions for the provision of banking services (for the individuals), which is a public offer to be posted on the Bank's website https://www.clhs.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Public Offer), and is aware of the possible consequences in case of using the specified banking service or failure to fulfill his/her obligations thereunder and the offer.
Consequences for the client in case of using the banking service or non-fulfillment of obligations under the Banking Services Agreement are the following:
- accepting the conditions for receiving banking services stipulated by the Public Offer and the Agreement, the client undertakes to pay for the relevant banking services in accordance with the Bank's tariffs;
- in case of violation of the terms of the Public Offer and the Agreement, the client may be subject to penalties in accordance with the terms of the agreement;
- in case of improper fulfillment of its obligations under the terms of the Public Offer and the Agreement, the Bank has the right to apply to the relevant state bodies in order to satisfy its requirements, including compulsorily;
- in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, income received by the client in accordance with the terms of the Public Proposal and the Agreement is subject to taxation.
The Bank is prohibited to require from the customer to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a similar or related person as a mandatory condition for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).
The Bank has no right to make changes to the agreements concluded with the customers unilaterally, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement, offer or law.
The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of banking services if such right is provided by law.
The Client has the opportunity to refuse to receive advertising materials by means of remote communication channels by contacting the Bank's manager or the Bank's Call-Center.
